Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Estimated shipping times don't include our processing time. Delays can sometimes happen due to peak volumes or logistics outside our control — we'll keep you posted if anything's running behind.

New Zealand

We ship via NZ Post. Urban delivery is NZ$8.95. Rural delivery is NZ$13.95 — choose this at checkout if your address has an RD number. Orders of NZ$85 and over ship free, urban or rural. Subscription orders ship free. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout based on your address.

If a rural address is sent with urban delivery, NZ Post charges us the rural fee. We may contact you to recover the difference before dispatch.

Please allow a few extra business days for rural addresses and during holiday periods.

International

We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you're overseas and keen, email info@spry.co.nz and we'll let you know when that changes.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders that can't be delivered due to an incorrect address.

Parcels left at your address are at your risk. Please make sure your address is safe for a parcel to be left unattended, or that someone will be there to receive it.

Tracking and delays

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details — worth checking your spam folder if it doesn't turn up. Estimated delivery times are guides only; delays can happen due to freight schedules, public holidays or demand in your region.

Once your order's dispatched, contact your carrier directly for tracking enquiries. Contact us at info@spry.co.nz only if your carrier has confirmed your order is lost, or if you've received damaged or incorrect goods.

Our responsibilities

We're not responsible for delays caused by our carriers or circumstances outside our control. We can't guarantee delivery within any stated timeframe, as these are estimates only.
