Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Estimated shipping times don't include our processing time. Delays can sometimes happen due to peak volumes or logistics outside our control — we'll keep you posted if anything's running behind.
New Zealand
We ship via NZ Post. Free shipping on orders over NZ$60; NZ$6.95 for orders under NZ$60. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout based on your address.
Please allow a few extra business days for rural addresses and during holiday periods.
Australia
Free shipping on orders over AU$110; standard shipping rates apply below that. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout based on your address.
International
We may ship to other countries — email info@spry.co.nz to check. International orders may attract customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility. We don't issue refunds for orders where duties or taxes remain unpaid.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders that can't be delivered due to an incorrect address, and we can't re-send international orders returned to us due to non-delivery.
Parcels left at your address are at your risk. Please make sure your address is safe for a parcel to be left unattended, or that someone will be there to receive it.
Tracking and delays
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details — worth checking your spam folder if it doesn't turn up. Estimated delivery times are guides only; delays can happen due to freight schedules, public holidays or demand in your region.
Once your order's dispatched, contact your carrier directly for tracking enquiries. Contact us at info@spry.co.nz only if your carrier has confirmed your order is lost, or if you've received damaged or incorrect goods.
Our responsibilities
We're not responsible for delays caused by our carriers or circumstances outside our control. We can't guarantee delivery within any stated timeframe, as these are estimates only.
